Today I am discussing things that can affect your cortisol levels.  

With cortisol naturally increasing as we enter perimenopause, it is important to understand what may be causing our stress levels to rise so that we can work on decreasing it.  

I provide you with a checklist to determine how many of these things that can increase cortisol are currently affecting you so that you can take a self assessment to work on decreasing your stress levels.
