It is always my goal to help you and your family move more. So every Thursday, I am dropping a movement snack into your ears to help you and your family move more. I'm dropping a little bit early this week because I wanted to make sure you knew about something that we are doing in our form fitmom community and I'd love for you to take a part in it, you know, it is always my goal to help you in your family move more. So the next 24 days, I am going to be providing a fun Advent type movement program for you, they are going to be quick little things that you can do as a family or on your own to help you get more movement in your everyday life. It doesn't matter where you are on your fitness journey. This is something you can take part in. And make sure to have fun with your kids, your family members, or by yourself. So what we are going to be doing is today, today, in our community, our form fit mom community, you will want to make sure to join us, I will have a link in our show notes. So that you can just click on the link and asked to join that community. And in there each day I will be providing you some form of movement, whether it be exercise, it might be mobility, it might be something fun to do with your children, it's going to be something active to keep you moving. So make sure to join us over there. And this is really all your movement snack is for the week is just to make sure you join us. And if you're not going to join us, then I highly recommend that you make sure that over the next three weeks, coming up to the holidays, you take some time for yourself. So many times, we as moms are doing so much for everyone else, every week. But especially during the holidays, we are trying to make this the best time of year for our children and so that they're creating amazing memories. And we put our own wellness aside. So I want to make sure that no matter what you are taking some time for yourself each and every day, finding ways to move more. And as always, this does not mean exercise. It just means finding ways to move. So if you're interested in joining us in the community, it there is no charge you just join us. We're going to have some fun things going on.
